How to Study the Bhagavad Gita
Congratulations on embarking on the journey of personal growth and self-discovery! We’re delighted that you’ve decided to study the Bhagavad Gita.
Here’s a special message for you from Jayaji on how to study the Bhagavad Gita.
Study When You're Most Receptive
Study the Bhagavad Gita, one chapter at a time, each morning. You are at your most receptive between 4 and 6 am. However, you can begin by waking up half an hour before your usual waking time.
Make Notes
Keep a notebook handy to write down points or ideas that strike you. Take up one idea at a time and reflect over it.
Ponder Through the Day
Think of how to bridge the gap between what the Gita recommends and your current lifestyle. Remember, the knowledge of the Bhagavad Gita is a science. Experiment with it and see your life transform when you apply the principles of Vedanta.
