How to overcome fear?

Fear is a modification of desire. When a desire gets fulfilled, there is fear of losing it. So, if you want to overcome fear you have to trace it back to the desire that it sprang from and deal with that desire. Rise above the desire, then automatically you will be fearless. Fearlessness is a sign of spiritual growth. When you evolve spiritually you automatically become fearless.
