What is the link between Atman and Brahman?

There is no difference between Atman and Brahman. They are both the one infinite, all-pervading Reality. With regard to the universe, it is referred to as Brahman. The same Force in the individual is called Atman. This is to convey the point that you do not have to go far to contact God. The same Power that is behind the universe resides in you. God is the core of your personality. In fact, you are God.
